Development and Consulting

 

           Redwood Development and Consulting, LLC is in charge of creating and developing new real estate ideas. It is involved in development projects at all levels, from high end construction to affordable housing.

           Some of the projects that are currently on their way are the interior renovation of the Weiseger building into 8 upscale lofts and a building for the domestic violence building as a partnership with the Brenda D. Cowan Coalition (BCC) , both of them in downtown Danville. There is also another project in conjunction with BCC that has just started in Lexington.
