           When it was originally acquired this commercial center had one large commercial space on the first floor.  Two long term leases were signed with commercial tenants, Subway and Three Babes and a Monkey Coffee Shop, which later became The Bluegrass Beach House.

           Both tenants did substantial renovations and two shells were built within the existing space that completely renovated the first floor commercial space.  This included new plumbing, electric and HVAC. 

           The original 10 apartments on the second floor have been demolished to build 8 luxury lofts (Weisiger Lofts).
